Jon painted his memory of a covey of ptarmigan sitting in spring grasses as they change to their spring/summer plumage from their all-white winter fluff. In the background is Jeff’s photo of early morning sunlight beginning to light up the entire flanks of Denali and the Alaska Range including the Moose’s Tooth Massif.
This is a limited-edition of 50 print. It is signed and numbered by both artists.
